Orders and Warranties: No refunds or exchanges are allowed once furniture has been ordered. Items may include both residential- and commercial-grade products. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by item. Please review the warranty details provided.
Damages and Installation: Any damaged items identified by our installation crew will be replaced at no cost. Clients are responsible for reporting any additional damage at the time of installation; otherwise, responsibility transfers to the client. Please inspect all items upon delivery.
Exclusions and Compliance: Model55 is not responsible for accessibility requirements or building code compliance. We do not provide or install computers, audiovisual equipment, cable, televisions, IT systems, or security equipment. All technical requirements remain the sole responsibility of the client.
